Once your order is successfully submitted and processed, we work quickly to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 1-2 business days. Standard Orders generally take 3-6 business days to arrive.

Need it sooner? You may upgrade to Priority Mail-These packages should arrive in 2-4 business days from USPS, but delivery times are not guaranteed. For priority shipping- orders placed before 12PM (on a business day) will ship same day, any orders placed after 12pm will ship the next business day.

Shopeglamor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS. Once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We understand that not every purchase is a perfect match. Our aim is to make your shopping experience positive, even when things don't go as planned. 

RETURN OPTIONS:

 

Store Credit: If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of shipment for store credit. Store credit never expires and is issued once the return is received and processed. Once your return is processed, it will go onto an e-gift card that you will receive directly in your inbox.

Exchanges: Please be aware if the size you requested is unavailable , you will receive store credit for the amount of the item.

 

Promotions: We do not offer price adjustments and promotional prices cannot be backdated to orders placed before a sale begins.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS : To be eligible for a return all items must be in re-sellable condition, please make sure that all items meet the following criteria:

  • To avoid potential restocking fees, please ensure that items are free of makeup or deodorant stains. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new, unaltered, and unused condition (no signs of wear, stains, odor, perfume, animal hair, or damage). To avoid potential restocking fees, please ensure that the items are free from makeup or deodorant marks.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all tags attached. To avoid potential restocking fees of up to 15%, please ensure that the items are free from makeup or deodorant marks.Items must have all original tags attached.
  • Please return items in their original packaging, preferably the clear poly bag.  This is to ensure the items are protected during transit.  If items aren't returned in the clear poly bag & are damaged upon inspection, they will be ineligible for return.
  • Place the items in the original packaging or similar packaging, ensuring that any previous shipping labels are covered. 
  • If any return does not meet these requirements you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN : 
  • Due to their hygienic nature, jewelry, hosiery, and accessories such as hats, belts, scarves, bodysuits, etc. are not returnable. Please note that all jewelry and accessories are considered final sale, and no exceptions will be made.
  • If an items says "Final Sale" in the description, product title, product pages, etc. are not eligible for return. We don't make price adjustments on any past or future orders. 
  • All sale items and items discounted 30% or more are final sale, no exchanges or returns will be accepted. 
  • BOGO Sale items are final sale.
  • Discounts cannot be applied to previously made purchases.

Instructions for Return:

  • You can start the return process by clicking on "Return Your Order" on the Footer menu of the site.
  • Your order number and email is required to submit the return.
  • After your return has been accepted you can mail back item(s) to the address emailed to you.
  • Feel free to ship your return back with the carrier of your choice - shipping with tracking information is recommended.
  • Please note: If you select you use a pre-paid label, $6.95 will be deducted from your credit.
  • Please return item in their original packaging to ensure items are protected during transit. 
  • Once we receive your return, Please allow 3-4 business days for processing once received in our warehouse.

Cancellations

Unfortunately once an order has been finalized, we cannot guarantee that this can be cancelled. Due to the high volume of orders we ship out daily, we work to ensure all orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
